As an indicated agency of several professional data recovery hardware tools which possess comprehensive functions and high capability of handling damaged hard drives and other storage types, including the powerful Atola Insight, we of course keep and utilize units of them ourselves for our own data recovery procedures. 100% Confidential
We promise 100% confidentiality of customers’ data. Our office is monitored by a secure video surveillance system, and lab access needs password/fingerprint identification, which makes sure that only right persons can approach the data and its storage device. We can also sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement for a service if the customer requests. We will delete all data securely and permanently after the service procedure is finally completed or upon the customer's requirement.

Recover on Duplicate
Before the recovery job, we will make a duplicate of the original hard drive and operate on the copied one only, in order to protect the customer’s drive from further change.

Timely Response
Each recovery case is managed and followed up by a special engineer, who will update the customer with recovery progress periodically and respond to his/her inquiries timely.

Free Backup Service
Based on the customer’s need, we can backup the successfully recovered data for a certain period while keeping 100% confidentiality. This service is free of charge, and we’ll delete all data permanently after the period ends or upon customer’s requirement at any time.
